First, data discovery, which was once limited to the expertise of advanced analytics specialists, is now something anyone can do using these tools. And not only that, these tools give you the insights you need to achieve things like growth, solve issues that are urgent, gather all your data in one place, predict future results, and more more.

Google Data Studio Vs Power Bi: An In Depth Comparison
With various tools in the market, every business is embracing the most suitable ones for their requirements and needs. And we can notice that many companies are moving more often between these tools, which is only explained by the competitiveness between them and the rapid improvements and features implemented in each of those BI solutions.
But the future is leaning toward tools with most third-party integrations, the services they provide, and their integration with cloud solutions, regardless of the company’s core architecture.
Customization is also very important because customers are not satisfied with standard solutions when they can get a panel with specific requirements tailored to their needs.
Price can also be a deciding factor because businesses are now storing large amounts of data which can increase their bills at the end of the month when decision makers choose the inappropriate solution for their reporting. Choosing the right BI tool is difficult. A good BI tool should be accessible and friendly to your end users, who are often non-analysts or non-technical business users. It should be able to respond to your specific use cases and analytics needs.
