We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, senior data engineer who supports data-driven marketing and innovation. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a passion for data quality, to work collaboratively on data-driven solution projects and development initiatives that support marketing and customer service.
Reporting to the CRM Operational Data Manager, the Senior Data Engineer will join the data and process team that supports rich and personalized outbound interactions. The scope of work includes working in partnership with CRM program managers and IT stakeholders to understand the business needs, underlying data, and tools used in deploying email, SMS, and mobile push communications. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will develop production grade SQL code, analyze data flows and discrepancies, automate data quality monitoring, and enable error notifications. In addition, you will dive into our CRM Ops application stack, including SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Alteryx and Campaign Management tools.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor in several US geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual wages are determined by the place of work and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position also qualifies for a variable pay option and a comprehensive benefit package that includes health, life, and disability insurance, generous paid leave including paid parental leave, an employee stock purchase plan, and a 401(k) plan with branded match.

Bi Roadmap To Build A Thriving Business Intelligence Strategy
You will work with a team of highly motivated and talented software engineers who develop and maintain reporting services for our corporate business communities. Our core systems and activities include developing, integrating, processing and reporting using a wide range of Oracle technologies hosted in Experian data centers and cloud platforms.
We are looking for experienced employees who are interested in development, analytics and support, understand database management systems, data storage principles and work confidently with structural and procedural data query languages.
You will work closely with our core integration and business intelligence team, as well as internal business partners, using established development methodologies, security practices, change and incident management procedures.
