Business Analytics Tools List – Business Analytics Explorer (BA) allows you to view data from multiple SI “entities”: projects, project items, customers, change orders, purchase orders, tasks, service orders, and service plans. A few things about terminology need to be clarified here. Leads are customers not associated with a project, service order, or service plan. A lead becomes a lead when a project/service order/service plan is created. When you first install and launch SI (and until you set it up or check the Do Not Remind box), you will be prompted to set which BA you want to display on the home page when SI is launched.
When you click Yes on the prompt, the following interface will open where you can select up to six BAs to display and arrange them in the order you want using the up/down arrows:
